3 Picina's Waterfall - The waterfall poured through three giant pools before depositing itself into the stream and meandering away. Each pool was about 6 meters taller than the next, and deep enough to dive into without touching bottom.

You can see the stream that fed the waterfall rushing in, it's cool, clean water soothing to bodies.

White Water Rafting

- Rafting on Costa Rica's wild and scenic rivers is perhaps the single most popular adventure sport in the country. Expert outfitters and river guides, using internationally approved equipment, will take you down the thrilling Class III - IV on the nearby Savegre and Naranjo rivers.

The experience starts with descents from the mountains which stand tall behind Manuel Antonio National Park. Accessible both during the dry and rainy seasons, these challenging rivers plunge towards the pacific coast before emptying into the cool, blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Always susceptible to the local weather conditions, the Sevegre and Naranjo rivers can at one moment be at tranquil experience, and within minutes, a wild ride.

The rafting excursions include sections of Class 2 and 4, depending on the time of year. During the dry season, when the rivers are kind and gentle, they most often trade in the rafts for rubber "duckies," an inflatable kayak that adds a few more thrills to the adventure. Rafting companies will also arrange personalized sea kayaking and boat tours.

Hermosa Canopy Tour - This is an exciting look at one of the few remaining transitional forest in Costa Rica . The Tour consists of 11 suspended platforms and a hanging bridge from tree to tree in order to reach the other platform, connected with steel cables, the total length around seven hundred meters (+2000 feet). The height of the platforms vary from 60 to 120 feet above the ground.
